Before you go

1. Apply and pay online

   Register at clearance.nbi.gov.ph, fill in the form and choose one of the Isabela offices as your branch.

2. Visit within 15 days

   The NBI gives a 15-day grace period after your payment status turns PAID.

3. Bring your requirements

   Two valid government IDs (originals), your reference number and proof of payment.

4. Expect a HIT delay if your name is common

   You'd return after 5 to 10 working days, with no extra fee.
