Register at pnpclearance.ph, sign in, complete Edit Profile, then open Clearance Application. Choose the purpose, your preferred police station and an available date and AM or PM slot, pick the payment option and tap Save Appointment. Your reference number then appears on the Transactions page, ready for payment.

Step 1: register your NPCS account

  1. Open the official site

Go to pnpclearance.ph and tap Register. If you applied before, tap Login and use your old account.

  2. Fill in the registration form

Email address, password, first name, middle name, surname, qualifier (if any), gender and birth date. Tick the terms and conditions and tap Register.

  3. Sign in

Use the same email and password.

Step 2: complete your profile

Tap Edit Profile and fill in your personal data, then save. This is what gets printed on your clearance, so type everything exactly as it appears on your valid ID.

The profile has a checkbox for first-time job seekers (RA 11261). Tick it only if you qualify: the free clearance can be used once and is disabled after you use it.

Step 3: set your appointment

  1. Tap Clearance Application

It's next to Edit Profile on your account page.

  2. Choose the purpose and police station

Select the purpose that matches why you need the clearance (for most jobs, "General"), then choose your preferred police station.

  3. Pick a date and slot

The calendar shows available AM and PM slots for each day. Choose one you're sure you can attend.

  4. Choose the payment option and save

Select the payment option, tap Next, then Save Appointment.

After saving, your reference number is generated and shows as PENDING until you pay. From the same page you can also change your police station or appointment date.

Step 4: pay

Tap Click here to Pay on your Transactions page and follow the payment steps. Keep the receipt: you'll show it at the station.
