What we don't collect
- We have no accounts and no application forms.
- Our tools (checklist, quiz, validity checker, fee calculator) run in your browser. What you select or type is not sent to us.
- Checklist ticks and your light/dark preference are saved in your browser's local storage on your own device. You can clear them at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
If you email us, we receive your email address and message. We use them only to reply and to improve our guides. Please don't send personal documents or ID details.
Analytics and advertising
If we use website analytics or display advertising (such as Google Analytics or Google AdSense), those services may set cookies and collect usage data such as pages viewed and device type. Their use of data is covered by their own privacy policies. You can manage ad personalisation in your Google account settings.
Philippine Data Privacy Act
We aim to follow the principles of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173): collect as little as possible, use it only for the stated purpose, and keep it secure.
