- A payment method: GCash, Maya, 7-Eleven, Bayad Center or online banking
Booking step by step
Register or log in
Open clearance.nbi.gov.ph. New applicants register; returning applicants log in.
Fill in the applicant information form
Complete every mandatory field. Match the spelling on your ID exactly.
Click "Apply for Clearance"
Choose the type of valid government ID you'll present.
Choose a branch
Pick one you can reach easily. See how to find a branch.
Pick a date and time
Choose from the available slots.
Pay
Pay the fee through your chosen channel. Your reference number is issued for your visit.
You have 15 days. After your payment status becomes PAID, the NBI gives a 15-day grace period to visit the branch.
Tips for a smooth booking
- Book a slot a few days ahead rather than the same day, so you have time for payment to post.
- Screenshot your reference number and payment confirmation.
- Check your details on the form once more before paying: corrections later can mean another trip.
Frequently asked questions
Can I change my branch after booking?
Check your account on clearance.nbi.gov.ph for rescheduling options. If you've already paid, visit within the 15-day grace period.
I can't find a free slot. What should I do?
Try a different branch or later dates. Slots open up as other applicants reschedule, so check again another day.
