What we do
Getting a clearance shouldn't take two trips. We explain the NBI and National Police Clearance processes step by step: what to bring, what it costs and what to expect, so you get it right the first time.
What we don't do
- We are not the NBI, the PNP or any government office.
- We don't process applications, sell appointment slots or offer "rush" services.
- We never ask for your personal data: no names, ID numbers or reference numbers. Our tools run on your own device.
To apply, always use the official portals: clearance.nbi.gov.ph and pnpclearance.ph.
How we check every page
- Every fee, requirement and step comes from official sources: nbi.gov.ph, clearance.nbi.gov.ph, pnpclearance.ph and the PNP's own how-to guide.
- We re-check the pages every month and show the date at the top of each page. Changes are logged on the updates page.
- When the official sources don't state something clearly (for example, the police clearance's validity period), we say so instead of guessing.
