How to pay online
Open your Transactions page
After you save your appointment, your reference number shows as PENDING.
Tap "Click here to Pay"
You'll be taken to the LANDBANK ePayment portal.
Choose your payment mode
Use a LANDBANK card, a bank via BancNet or PCHC PayGate, or choose Cash Payment for GCash, Maya, 7-Eleven, Bayad Center and similar partners.
Complete the payment with your chosen partner
Follow its steps.
Save your proof of payment
Keep the payment confirmation slip or electronic official receipt (e-OR). You'll show it at the station.
The PNP's portal states: payment is accepted only online through "Click here to Pay", and over-the-counter payment is not allowed. No station staff or "agent" can collect the fee for you.
Paying with GCash or Maya
Choose Cash Payment on the LANDBANK portal, then pick GCash or Maya among the mobile options, and confirm the amount shown. The total on screen includes any partner fee. If the fee for one channel looks high, you can go back and choose another channel.

Estimate only: the e-payment and convenience fees depend on the channel (GCash, Maya, bank, 7-Eleven). Quick Renewal delivery adds a courier fee shown at checkout.
Frequently asked questions
Can I pay at the police station?
No. The NPCS only accepts payment through the online "Click here to Pay" button. Over-the-counter payment is not allowed.
How much is the convenience fee?
It depends on the payment channel. The exact amount is shown before you confirm payment, so compare channels if you want the cheapest.
My payment went through but the status still says PENDING.
Give the system some time to update, then check your Transactions page again. Keep your receipt as proof in case you need to show it at the station.
