Who can renew without appearance
According to the PNP's official guide:
- You must use your existing NPCS account from your last application.
- Renewal without appearance is allowed only for three years from your last appearance at a police station.
- After three years, you must appear at a police station again for biometrics and a new picture.

Log in to your old account
Use the same account from your last application at pnpclearance.ph.
Update your profile
Check your address and other details are current.
Choose renewal without appearance
Start a clearance application and pick the non-appearance option.
Upload your photos
A 2x2 picture with a white background and a selfie holding a valid government-issued ID (the one used during your last appearance).
Pay the fee online
₱150 plus the channel's convenience fee.
Wait for processing, then download
A processor or verification officer reviews it. Once approved, tap Print Clearance in your account to download it.
Use a clear, well-lit selfie. Hold your ID so its photo and name are readable, and keep your face fully visible. Blurry uploads are an easy way to get delayed.
Renewing with appearance
If it's been more than three years since your last appearance, or you'd rather go in person, choose renewal with appearance, book a station and slot, pay, and visit like a first-time applicant.

Try "Forgot password" on the sign-in page. Renewal is meant to use your existing account, so recover it rather than creating a new one if you can.
How long is a renewed police clearance valid?
