Pag-IBIG MP2 Calculator

Enter what you plan to save and pick a payout option. The calculator estimates your MP2 savings and dividends over the 5-year term, using Pag-IBIG's latest declared rate.

Pre-filled with Pag-IBIG's 2025 MP2 rate of 7.12%. Future rates aren't fixed: they depend on Pag-IBIG's income each year. This is an estimate on a monthly average balance, not Pag-IBIG's official computation. Runs on your phone only; nothing is sent or saved.

How it estimates

  1. Deposits: your one-time deposit goes in at the start; your monthly savings go in at the start of each of the 60 months.
  2. Dividends: each year's dividend is the rate × the average monthly balance for that year. The more you save and the earlier you save, the more you earn, which matches how Pag-IBIG describes MP2 dividends.
  3. Compounded payout: each year's dividend is added to your balance and earns dividends in later years; everything is paid at maturity.
  4. Annual payout: each year's dividend is paid to you, so your balance stays at what you deposited.

The rate is your choice. It's pre-filled with 7.12%, Pag-IBIG's declared MP2 rate for 2025. Past rates were 7.10% (2024), 7.05% (2023), 7.03% (2022) and 6.00% (2021). Future rates depend on Pag-IBIG's income each year, so try a lower rate too.

This is an estimate. Pag-IBIG computes MP2 dividends under its own rules (Circular No. 407), and the actual amount credited to your account can differ. Check your MP2 records in Virtual Pag-IBIG for the official figures.

Rules to remember

  • Minimum ₱500 per remittance, up to ₱20 million principal at any time.
  • 5-year term. Your payout choice (annual or compounded) is fixed for the account.
  • Year 5 rate: if your MP2 matures before that year's rate is declared, Pag-IBIG uses the latest declared rate.
