PapelesPH is a free, independent information website about Philippine government paperwork: NBI and police clearances, PSA certificates, passports, IDs, SSS and related documents. It is not a government website and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the NBI, PNP, PSA, DFA, BIR, SSS, LTO or any other agency. See our disclaimer.

- Our guides are general information, not legal advice and not an official statement of any agency's rules.
- We check every guide against official sources and show the date it was last checked, but fees, requirements and procedures can change without notice.
- The official agency website or office always takes priority. Before you pay, travel or submit documents, confirm the details with the issuing agency.
We don't process anything
We don't accept applications, documents or payments, we don't book or sell appointments, and we can't check the status of any application. Any person or page claiming to process documents "through PapelesPH" is not us.
Our tools
The calculators, checklists and quizzes on this site are free to use and run in your own browser. Their results are estimates based on the official tables and rules we cite; they are not an official computation by any agency.
Using our content
- You're welcome to link to any page on PapelesPH, and to share our free printable checklists for personal, non-commercial use.
- Please don't copy whole guides or republish our text, tables or graphics as your own without permission.
